In order to preserve the reliability and longevity of your engine, the TPC Racing 986/987LP Turbo Kit runs an extremely conservative 4psi. This system is a 100% bolt-on installation with no need to modify any of you engine's internals. It bolts directly up to the factory headers; however for 986 models do require an upgrade to a 987 header to accommodate the greatly increased exhaust flow.

If at any point you decide that you would like to upgrade the fully intercooled Turbo Kit, this can easily be done.This upgrade will provide and immediate improvement of 30-40whp. We very highly recommend that any vehicles that will see extended periods of use at high RPMs, be equipped with the fully intercooled TPC Racing 986/987 Turbo Kit. This will guarantee safe operation at any temps in any conditions.
